With ZERO recordable incidents and no loss time since its formation in 2013, we earn the best EMR ratings possible for our size and tenure in the industry. All employees are highly trained and skilled with safety engrained as the priority in all areas of our scope and sequence of work. Training and Safety Protocol is an integral part of our day to day business and formal training is provided on an ongoing basis.

As Proud Associate Members of APPA, we are proud to utilize APPA’s strategic plan and assistance in meeting workforce challenges by using their educational programs and resources. In addition to the hard copy of APPA's Safety Manual for an Electric Utility 16th Edition and ISPC's Safety Meetings Topics Program, Trinity URD utilizes an electronic copy of the Department of Energy's Handbook of Electrical Safety (found below) and a variety of implementation strategies.
