Trinity URD is a private electric utility contractor established in 2013 by Dianna Flores, owner, managing member. As a small business, both woman and minority owned, our goal is to seek contracts from service providers in order to provide safe and reliable terminations, maintenance, and rehabilitation services for underground residential distribution to be energized in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. At the present time, Trinity URD holds over 30 years

of experience, per employee, with San Antonio Power Lines (including 34.5/19.9 kV GrdY) and over 200 cumulatively.

Trinity URD remains committed to cultivating a high-performance culture which in turn allows our crews to provide the most productive, safe, effective, reliable, and efficient teamwork available in the contractor sector. As Associate Members of APPA, we are proud to utilize APPA’s strategic plan and assistance in meeting workforce challenges by using their educational programs and resources. At Trinity URD, there is no top-down management. Instead, all employees are empowered as leaders by communicating a clear vision, creating trust among team members, and providing opportunities to align goals as a group. Consequently, Trinity URD has become the leader in Underground Utility Craftwork Contracting in the greater San Antonio area.
